Several years ago we began saving some of the wonderful comments we were getting from our happy customers. Many of these are emails from people all across the country who mail-ordered plants from our website. Others are from people who visited our nursery and received information and assistance directly from our nursery manager to select their plants. Good Businesses Do Exist!! I just wanted to let you know that my five plants are great. When they arrived, I thought I'd made a big mistake - such small boxes. Kathie Banzhof The "Wow" Factor Last Thursday (Oct. 29, 2009), I visited Bamboo Sourcery for the first time. The "wow" factor happened as soon as I turned off the road. I arrived early for my appointed time and was invited to browse on my own until someone could help me. WOW, I am really impressed by the size, quality and selection. After wandering on my own for awhile I was met by Jesus Mora. What a great guy. He was able to answer all my questions and then some. I gave Jesus a list of the few things I wanted, which he filled in short order, then, as I asked questions about this and that, his knowledge and friendliness was very impressive. I have been meaning to email you for weeks now to let you know how pleased I am with the bamboo plants I ordered and received from you in April. I ordered 6 plants and received them on April 25 in pretty good condition. There were a few yellow leaves, as expected, but they were otherwise in great shape for traveling all the way to Florida. I immediately planted all but one in large tree pots, and the last in its designated spot in my front garden. The five in the pots took off right away and have grown temendously in the few weeks I have had them. The 6th plant is doing fine and has new leaves, etc, but is growing a bit slower. I am VERY happy with my bamboo plants and will not hesitate to order more from you in the years to come.
